Mindful Movement Meditation – Using a variety of yoga asana (postures), breath work and focus this class provides guidance for the grounding and regrowth of a connected body, mind and spirit. Fall is a time to go inward and keep the fire tended. We practice mindfulness in a safe and nonjudgmental atmosphere amongst peers of all levels and types of body. How can we inter-be better?
